The Manage Teams tool allows you to prioritize Teams (Campaigns) within programs. 

Security: Only users with the supervisor role can access this section. 

Click the Agent Management tab on the left side of ACD and then Manage Teams.

Here you are able to apply weight to campaigns so certain campaigns within a program will be answered first over others. Use the sliding weight bar to change priority. You will be able to see how many agents are in a campaign, what weight is assigned, and when the most recent change was made.
