ACD Activity Monitor Panel Usage*

The Activity Monitor Panel gives you an overview of who is connected to the ACD (Automatic Call Distributor), what part of the site they are using (URL), IP Address, what region they are connected from, time spent on page, etc.

(In the example below you can see several users connected from places including Call Center, Texas, Arizona, etc. and engaged in various parts of the site.)

Fields include:

  • User Number

  • Session Number  

  • Instance Number  

  • First and Last Names 

  • IP Address 

  • Location 

  • URL in use 

  • Client     (Users Browser type, version number and OS type)

  • Time on Page 

Options:

There are various options available such as Removing Sessions, Removing Instances, Forcing Page Reloads, telling which page is currently in use by the user/agent, etc.   See examples below:
