Viewing External Audit Data in CX Explore

Select data from External Audit sessions can be viewed in CX Explore. Adding these dimensions and/or measures to existing or new Looks is simple.*

The data for all External Audits can be found in the Coral [Clientname] Model.

  • Click Audits to explore


The following categories are available:

  • Click on any of the above sections to view a list of dimensions/measures available in each.

Helpful Tips:

  • The Star Rating (1-5) that was assigned during the audit appears in CX Explore as a numerical value
    • A 3-star Rating
    • Is equal to a Score of 3.00
