Viewing Internal Audit Data in CX Explore

Select aggregated questionnaire data from Internal Audit sessions can be viewed in CX Explore. Adding these dimensions and/or measures to existing or new Looks is simple.*

*For more information on CX Explore, check out the tutorials in our CX Explore Help Center by clicking here.

Begin by browsing to your  [Client Name] Model, and click Calls

The Dimensions/Measures for Internal Audits can be found in the Calls Explore:

  • Review Response Logs

  • Review Tags

  • Reviewer Departments

  • Reviewer Locations

  • Reviewers

  • Reviews

Keep in mind that it may also be helpful to utilize a few non-audit (review) specific fields in your reports, such as Call Date, Agent ID, Agent Name, etc.

Click to add any of the dimensions/measures to the report, then click Save as a Look or Save as part of your Lookless Dashboard.

At this time, all data pertaining to Compliance Events is stored in a separate model from internal data. While CEs can be used for internal audits, the data can not be viewed within the same report.
We recommend building a second report, and adding both to a dashboard so that it can be accessed in one place.
To see Compliance Event data in CX Explore, browse to the CORAL [client name] model
