The Minimum Quota report displays any campaign (Team) that has a minimum quota set. 

Security: Only users with the supervisor role can access this section.


Click the Agent Management tab on the left side of ACD and then Minimum Quota.

Minimum Agent Quota - An aid in maintaining inbound service level in a mixed (inbound/outbound) environment. If the number of available agents is below the QUOTA they will not be fed an OUTBOUND lead, leaving them available for INBOUND calls. This number is assigned on the campaign detail page.

Minimum Quota is set on a Campaign Details page under Call Distribution. 

Use this report to see if any campaigns have a minimum agent quota set and how many it is set to. The search box will allow you to filter for specific information on the report. You can also drill down into programs or campaigns by clicking blue words titled with your desired field.
