[ACD] Viewing Audit Data in SC Analytics

Select aggregated scorecard data from Audit sessions can be viewed in SC Analytics. Adding these dimensions and/or measures to existing or new Looks is simple.

💡 Keep in mind that it may also be helpful to utilize a few non-audit (review) specific fields in your reports, such as Call Date, Agent ID, Agent Name, etc.
Click to add any of the dimensions/measures to the report, then click the Settings button in the top right and choose Save, then select one of the available save options.
⚠️ At this time, all data pertaining to Compliance Events is stored in a separate model from internal data. While CEs can be used for internal audits, the data can not be viewed within the same report.
We recommend building a second report, and adding both to a dashboard so that it can be accessed in one place.
